We're the largest landlord in the Test Valley area of Hampshire. We've homes in Andover and Romsey - and all the villages in between.
We've also got homes in Southampton, Basingstoke and Fareham in Hampshire. And homes in Bournemouth in Dorset and Padworth in Berkshire.
We're building more in these areas and in Christchurch and Hungerford too.
But collecting the rent and fixing the buildings isn't where the Testway story ends. We're passionate about our people, our homes and our communities.
To make sure we're doing a good job, we listen to our customers and get them involved as much as they can.
We've got a busy community team which works with lots of different residents, from many different areas and backgrounds to make sure they have their say in what we do.
Residents can be board members or can come along to small groups and tell us what they think. They can fill out online questionnaires, write newsletters, get new training, keep an eye on their neighbourhood or just tell us what they think from their armchair.
People can give hours or just a few minutes to help us get better.

As well helping people with their homes, here are some of the main projects up and running at Testway.
Testway Transform is our charity arm. Testway puts money in the pot (£25,000 in each of the last two years) and then the 'Transformers' raise more to help local groups help the community. Since it started in 2005, it's given £68,500 and helped 62 local groups.
Twice as Nice is our furniture recycling project. And we're very proud to say the volunteers won the Tenants' Services Authority's 'Best Green Project' award in 2008 . The team also won the South East regional final of the National Housing Federation's 'What We're Proud Of' award. Since it was set up, it's stopped 220 tonnes of furniture from being dumped and sold furniture to 5,800 people with 5,000 people donating to the scheme.
Testway 7s is a sports programme that runs after school and in the school holidays. It gives young people something positive to do instead of getting up to mischief. And it's free, on their doorstep and most of all, fun! In the first year, 50 youngsters took part in one sport, rugby. Eight years on, 2,457 youngsters took part in seven sports Testway 7s offered throughout the year. The numbers show how much young people enjoy it.
Turnaround is setting a new direction for a community with the worst social problems in the area. The group that works at the grass roots is chaired by Testway, but we don’t work alone. Active Turnaround partners include both the borough and county councils, the police, the health authority, the youth service, local education authority, national and local businesses, faith groups, charities and family learning projects. But most importantly, the community has been involved from the start. With everyone pulling together, the project has seen a real 'turnaround'. Crime rates have fallen, people feel safer and young people have something to do and places to go.
Testway Housing's Incentive Scheme (THIS) is a reward scheme for our best customers. They're the ones who pay their rent on time, look after their home and garden and are good neighbours. Some of the benefits members get are a discount card to use at local shops, the chance to win fantastic prizes every three months and better home improvements.
