What's THIS?
THIS is a way we say thank you to our best customers. They’re people who pay their rent on time, look after their homes and gardens, and are good neighbours. We hope that the benefits from being a member will encourage others to be good customers too.
Who can join THIS?
You can be part of THIS if you:
- have paid all your rent for 12 weeks in a row up to the time you ask to join, or
- keep to the arrangement you’ve made with us to pay any money you owe us and have kept this plan for 12 weeks in a row up to the time you ask to join, and
- haven’t broken your tenancy agreement in any way
- haven’t been served with a court order that could mean you’re evicted
Leaseholder and shared ownership customers can join THIS if they:
- have paid all their service charges and ground rent for 12 weeks in a row up to the time they ask to join, or
- keep to the arrangement they've made with us to pay any money they owe us and have kept this plan for 12 weeks in a row up to the time they ask to join, and
- haven’t broken their leaseholder or shared ownership agreements
