Have you got a background in training people? In spring 2010, we’re launching the Residents’ Academy. This is where we offer training to our residents to help them get involved in what we do.
And we’d like some of our residents to give the training to other residents alongside the Testway trainers. If this is something you’d like to know more about, please get in touch with us on 01264 405670.
The extra skills residents learn will come in useful in their work or when looking for new work too.
There will be two levels of training:

the foundation level which will help residents get involved in what we do, which will also prepare them for the

advanced level for residents who may be interested in meatier things like joining our board, taking part in forums, or having a say in the strategic work within the group
We’re also happy to help you with travel and childcare costs so you can do the training.
