Testway Community Challenge – take part in it
We're always looking for new ways to get more customers involved with helping improve our services and our communities. Customers are people who rent homes from us.
Leaseholders, shared home owners and residents play an important part in Testway life too and we want to hear their views, good and bad. They're people who don't rent their homes from us, but live in places where we have homes.
By listening to all these people, we can do things better.
There are many ways you can take part and help us with this. Some may take a few minutes of your time. Others may take a little longer and need more commitment, but we can give you training to develop new skills if you want us to.
We've put together a booklet to tell you about all the help and support we'll give you, including travel and childcare costs. Click this link to find out more: Helping you to get involved
So, if you've got something to say about the way we do things, or want something done where you live, click on this link to see all the different things you can take part in and make a real difference: How do I fit in?

Or just email iwanttogetinvolved@testway.co.uk and we'll be in touch.
When our customers get involved in what we do, we learn a lot about what we're doing right and what we're doing wrong. Everything you tell us helps us to do the best we can for our customers.
