Landscaping
We think that good landscaping makes our estates nice places to live. In some areas we've spent a lot of your money to improve the environment.
We'll carry on working to improve things and your neighbourhood office will be happy to hear of any ideas you have to improve where you live.
We do put by some money each year to carry out small neighbourhood improvements.
Gardens
The way gardens are cared for also make a big difference to neighbourhoods. If you're a Testway customer, your tenancy agreement says you must look after your garden. Our neighbourhood officers will write to you if they see your garden's untidy when they do neighbourhood visits.
We know that for some people, it's difficult to keep on top of the garden. So we have a grass custting scheme for people over 70 who have no friends or family to cut the grass or for people who are registered disabled. There's a small charge for this service.
