Our support services aren't just for Testway customers. Anyone can use them apart from our tenancy support service.
What is it?
If you're over 55 you may be able to ask to live in housing that gives you the reassurance of a safe and secure living environment, within a building of individual flats.
We have this type housing in Andover, Stockbridge, Romsey and North Baddesley. They have all, or some of the following features:

parking spaces for people who live there

a lift to the upper floors

personal emergency alarm system 24 hours a day

residents laundry, with washing and drying facilities

landscaped gardens looked after by a contractor for you to enjoy

outside windows cleaned

overnight guest room for relatives and friends to hire

door entry system
-
fire and smoke detectors linked to 24 hour emergency monitoring

a residents' lounge to meet and mix with others
-
pets are welcome, as long as they don't cause problems for other residents
How do I get it?
