The weathermen did get it right this time and the snow’s come down just as they said it would.
This means that quite a few of our services have been affected.
We’ll keep in touch with customers who are expecting either repairs work to be done or a visit from our support or neighbourhood teams.
Several of our vans have got stuck as tradesmen tried to get to jobs. This means we’re going to rearrange routine work to concentrate on giving an emergency service only.
Our repairs call centre is open as usual, but it may take a little longer to answer calls because not all staff have been able to get in to work.
