Come in Mystic Meg/Mystic Malcolm - we need our customers' help

 

None of us knows exactly what the future holds but we’re going to give finding out a pretty good go - and we need our customers' help.

 

We want to make sure we give them the best service we can today and be ready for the challenges of tomorrow.


To do this we’ve started something called a strategic review, right through the Aster Group (at Flourish, Ridgeway, Sarsen and Testway).

 

We’re looking at how we work and checking if we should do it differently.

 

Every business needs to keep up to date with the times and look to the future. If it doesn’t, it won’t be doing the best job it can.

 

As part of the review, we’re doing lots of research. But we’re not relying on reading tea leaves or a crystal ball, we’ve got something much more reliable – our customers.

 

They know us the best. They know what we get right and what we get wrong. They know what they want and what they don’t want - for now and in the future.

 

And we’ll be involving them in every step of the way.
