Testway is part of the Aster Group. The group plans to build 2,230 new affordable homes in southern England over the next five years. Testway's target is 91 for the year 2010/2011. They'll be a mixture of homes for rent or shared ownership.
We work with a range of partners to create affordable housing including commercial developers and local councils. The company is also part of the New Futures development collective spearheaded by the Aster Group.
New Futures is a partnership of leading housing organisations keen to maximise the efficiency and quality of development programmes.
The group is organising 'Centres of Excellence and Expertise' so that it can remain at the cutting edge of developing new homes and services and tackling complex projects.
New Futures partners work together on key initiatives that support the development of new homes especially research, policy development and training.
Others currently in the partnership include Sarsen Housing Association, Gloucestershire Housing Association, Severnvale Housing, Elim Housing, United Housing, Wiltshire Rural Housing Association and Ridgeway Community Housing Association.
