We have an office in Andover and one in Romsey.

What times are you open?

Here are our office hours:

8.30am to 5.00pm Monday to Thursday

8.30am to 4.30pm on Fridays

 

The office in Romsey is closed between 12.30pm and 1.00pm every day.

I need a repair - what number do I call?

To report a repair, please call 0800 6 12 10 10.  You can call this number 24 hours a day.  It's free to call this number from most landlines, but you may be charged if you use a mobile phone.
